■ Mio Harahata
When I was a student at Matsuyama University, I established an organization to discuss social issues. Also organized lectures by people who are trying to solve social problems and organized tours to visit the sites of their activities.
After graduating from the university, I joined Alibaba Japan, where I was involved in supporting Japanese companies in developing overseas sales channels. After that, I moved to Cambodia and worked as a manager at the largest Japanese recruitment agency in Cambodia for three years.
In 2019, I founded Social Match Co., Ltd. and has partnered with 107 social entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia countries and created more than 70 matches between Japanese and Southeast Asian social entrepreneurs.
I heard from many social entrepreneurs about the challenges they face in terms of finance, and I was looking for a way to support them. Then I met NFT and I started SociaRich in 2022.
